Ab restaurant me ye sab order karne ka man ho to Ghar par he bana lo. Saachi btao to Ghar par restaurant wala taste ayega. Naam hai jaisa waisa he hai dish v. Veg diwani handi ke nam me he hai diwani matlab ki khate he dil aur dimag Diwana hojyega iss dish ka. 

Fir ye v sochoge ki handi chahiye hoga . Aab hai to dikkat ka to koi bat nahi hai. Lekin jyada tar gharo me handi available hota nahi hai. To meri baat mano itna jaruri v nahi hai handi. Veg diwani handi banane ke liye sabse pehle ham patila ko garam karenge. Oil dalkar onion fry karenge. Uske bad onion nikal kar cashew , tomatoes, garlic, red chilli sab ko fry karke fir grind karenge aur paste ready karenge. Ab fir cauliflower ko boiled water me thora boil karenge 5 minute ke liye. Ab oil garam hai to usme sare veggies ko 10 minute ke liye shallow fry karenge. Ise nikal kar side rakhenge aur fir sara khada masala dal kar fry karenge. Ab red chilli powder aur sare masala jaise ki dhaniya powder, cumin powder , haldi, garam masala ko dalkar fry karenge low flame par. Ye jab ready ho jaye to fried vegetables dalkar mix karenge. Aur fir jo paste ready hua hai isme dalenge aur stir karenge. Ab salt as per taste dalenge. Fir garam masala, grated green kasuri methi dalkar mix karenge. Achese mix karne ke baad 5-10 minutes baad chopped coriander leaves dalenge aur fresh cream aur mix karenge. Fir ready hai veg diwani handi. 

Ab ise serve karenge upar me chopped coriander leaves dalkar aur sliced onion ke sath. Aur fir sath me khaye apna favourite paratha. Aur enjoy kare delicious sa veg diwani handi without any kahani. Bas kahiye aur anand lijiye.

Ingredients required :-

  • Cauliflower:- 1 cup
  • French beans:- 1/2 cup
  • Peas:- 1 cup
  • Carrot:- 1 cup
  • Garam masala :- 1 table spoon 
  • Dhaniya powder:- 1 table spoon 
  • Cumin powder:- 1 tea spoon 
  • Turmeric powder:- 1 table spoon
  • Onion:- 1 cup
  • Tomatoes:- 1 cup
  • Bay leaf:- 1 
  • Black pepper:- 3-4 pieces
  • Clove :- 3-4 
  • Ginger:- 1 
  • Garlic:- 4-5 pieces
  • Red chilli powder:- 1 table spoon 
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Salt 
  • Cashews:- 1/2 cup 
  • Elaichi:- 2 
  • Fresh cream:- 2-3 table spoon 
Agar apke paas handi jaisa koi patila hai to usse rakhe aur agar nahi hai to normal jisme aap banate hai usi me banaye. 
Onion, tomato, french beans, carrot aur cauliflower ko pehle se he cut karke rakhe. 

Steps wise veg diwani handi recipe 

  • Patila ko garam kare. Flame ko medium rakhe. 
  • Dusre side me ek bartan me pani boil hone ke liye rakh de. 
  • Ab patila garam hogya hai to usme 1 cup oil dale. 
  • Aur fir sliced chopped onion dale aur golden brown hone tak stir karte rahe. 
  • Ab jab golden brown hogya hai to sare onion ko nikal le aur ek bowl me rakh le. Dhyan rahe fried onion me se sara oil nikal jaye. 
  • Aab patila me oil agar Kam lag ra ho to aur dale nai to chor de aise he. Ab isme cashews/ kaju dalkar fry karenge. Jab wo fried colour aa jaye usme to chopped tomatoes dale aur dhak de taki tomatoes achese pake. 
  • Ab usme lahsun/ginger , 2-3 red chilli dale . Aur mix kare. Bich- bich me stir karte rahe. Salt as per taste dale. 10 minute bad isse ek bowl me nikal kar normal  hone de. 
  • Jab tak yr thanda ho ra hai idhar pani boil hone laga hai to isme ham chopped cauliflower dalenge. Aur fir haldi a pinch aur salt as per taste according to  amount of cauliflowers. Usse 5-6 minute tak boil karenge fir ek bowl me nikal kar rakh lenge .
  • Fried onion, aur fried tomatoes, cashew, ginger sabko grind karenge. Thora sa pani dalenge aur ek fine paste ready karenge. 
  • Ab patila me oil dale. Oil garam hote he isme carrots, peas, cauliflower, french beans dalkar fry kare. Kuch 15-20 minute tak . Use nikal kar ek bowl me rakhe aur patile ko saaf karle. 
  • Ab patila ko wapas garam karenge aur usme ghee  dalenge. ( If not , aap oil v use karskte hai)
  • Ghee jab garam ho jaye to usme jeera powder , bay leaf, black pepper seeds, cardmom, cinnamon dale. Ab isme 1 finely chopped onion dale. Fry kare aur fir garlic paste  dale. 
  • Ab ek table spoon red chilli powder dalkar achese fry kare. 
  • 2-3 minute bad flame ko medium se halka Kam kare i.e. between medium to low rakhe. Ab usme one tea spoon haldi, dhaniya powder, jeera powder sab dalkar achese fry kare. Jarurt pare to thora sa pani dale taki achese fry ho jaye. Aur salt as per taste dal de. 
  • JB ye fry ho jaye to usme sare fried vegetables dale aur mix kare. 3-4 minute tak stir kare. 
  • Fir jo paste ready kiya hai usko dale. Aur achese mix kare aur flame ko low par de. Usme halka boil ane de fir ek table spoon garam masala pawder dale aur grated ginger 2 table spoon dal denge aur mix karenge.
  • Chopped coriander leaves dale aur mix kare. 10-15 minute tak aise he low flame par rehne de. 
  • Fir fresh cream dale aur mix kare. 
  • 1-2 minute bad flame off kare. 
  • Ready hai veg diwani handi . 


Ab ise aap rice, naan, chapati, pratha, puri jo v aapko pasand ho uske sath khaye. 



Ye perfect lunch and dinner dish hai. Isse banane me total 45-50 minutes lagega. Isse Kam time me v ban sakta hai. Ye sab hamare upar hai kaise banate hai.
