Tandoori mushroom recipe in hindi 
Ek pan ko halka garam kare. Flame ko low par rakhe. Ab saare khade masala ko pan me daale aur fry kare. Fir flame ko band kare aur spices ko thnda hone de. Masala ko grind kar le. Tandoori masala ready hai. Ab marination ready kare. Curd , salt, sugar , ginger garlic paste aur tandoori masala daale aur mix kare. Ab mushroom ko daale aur mix kare. Fir 40-45 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh de. 
Tandoori masala+ marination+ mushroom= tandoori mushroom 
Meanwhile, mint and coriander chutney ready karle. Mint leaves , coriander leaves, green chilli , onion daal kar grind kare. Fir isme curd, lemon juice aur chat masala daale aur chutney ready kare. 
Mint leaves+ coriander leaves+ curd= mint and coriander chutney
45 minutes baad, marination bowl ko le aur skewer sticks me sare mushrooms ko lgate jaaye. Ek plate me raakhe. Oven ko pre heat kare aur fir usme 10 minute tak rakhe. Chahe to mushroom ke sath me onion aur capsicum bhi daal sakte hai. Fir nikaale aur mind and coriander chutney sath serve kaare. 

Tandoori mushroom ingredients :- 

  • Mushroom:- 1 bowl 
  • Coriander seeds :- 1 table spoon
  • Cumin seeds :- 1 table spoon
  • Black pepper :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Black Cardamom :-  2 
  • Green cardamom :- 4-5 
  • Cinnamon :- 2 pieces 
  • Clove :- 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Nutmeg :- 1
  • Mace :- 1 
  • Kasuri methi :- 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Kashmiri red chilli :- 4-5 
  • Ginger powder :- 1 tea spoon
  • Garlic Powder :- 1 tea spoon
  • Curd :- 1-1/2 cup 
  • Ginger garlic paste :- 1 table spoon 
  • Salt 
  • Sugar :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Lemon juice :- 1 table spoon
  • Tanduri masala powder :- 3-4 table spoon 
Coriander and mint chutney ingredients
  • Mint leaves :- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves :- 1 cup
  • Onion:- 2 
  • Ginger :- 2 table spoon
  • Garlic :- 3-4 
  • Green chilli :- 3 
  • Rock salt 
  • Lemon juice :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Curd :- 1 table spoon 
  • Chat masala :- 1/2 tea spoon 
How to make tandoori mushroom 
  • Ek pan ko garam kare. Flame ko low par rakhe. 
  • Usme cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper , black Cardamom , green cardamom , cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, mace, kasuri methi, Kashmir red chilli daale. 
  • Aur 2-3 minute tak fry kare jab tak iska acha sugandh aa jaye. 
  • Ab flame off kare aur ek bowl me masale ko nikal le taki thanda ho jaaye ya fir koi plate nikal kar rakh le. 
  • Ab jar me daale , fir isme ginger powder, garlic powder daale aur grind kare. 
  • Tandoori masala ready hai. 
  • Ab marination ready karenge. 
  • Uske liye ek bowl me curd daale , ginger garlic paste , salt as per taste aur sugar daale. 
  • Fir tandoori masala daal kar mix kare. 
  • Mushroom ko uss bowl me daal kar mix kare aur fir dhak kar 45 minutes ke liye rakh de. 
  • Ab onion aur capsicum ko long pieces me cut kar le.( Optional) 
  • 45 minutes baad marination bowl ko nikaale aur skewer me pehle ek onion piece fir capsicum piece daale fir ek mushroom fir same process karte jaaye. ( Optional) 
  • Chahe to bas mushroom he laga sakte hain. 

  • Oven ko preheat kare aur fir ek plate me foil paper lagar kar sare skewers ko rakhe aur oven me 10 minute tak ke liye rakh de. 
  • Use nikaale aur mint and coriander chutney sath serve kare. 
  • Garnishing ke liye , chat masala, grated coriander leaves upar se sprinkle kare. 

Tandoori mushroom on tawa
  • 45 minutes ke bad jab marination ready ho jaaye, fir pan ko garam kare. 
  • Low flame par pan rakhe aur oil lgaye. 
  • Ab skewers me onion, capsicum , mushroom daale. Aise he sequence me repeat karke 3-4 mushroom ek skewer me lagaye. 
  • Ab pan par rakhe. Aur saare area ko achese grill hone de. Skewers ko turn karte rahe taaki har taraf se achese pak jaaye. 
  • Onion aur capsicum isly lagate hai taaki achese pake ,aur sabse pehle onion daalte hai jisse mushroom ho ya paneer ya fir chicken jladi Pak jata hai. 
  • Aise he saare skewers me lga kar tandoori mushroom ready kare. 
  • Ab ek plate me nikaale, grated coriander leaves sprinkle kaare aur mint and coriander chutney sath serve kare.
