Choco protein bars 

Choco protein bars healthy, breakfast and evening bars hai. Isme dry fruits aur jaggery mixed hai jo hamare body me immunity brhata hai, fibres hai. Nutrients se bharpur aur heart diseases se bhi bachata hai. 

Shirf name hai Choco protein bars iske taste aur colour ke wajah se. Isme chocolate ka use bilkul bhi nahi hai. Bas isme healthy dry fruits aur jaggery se bana hua protein bars hai. 

Ingredients for protein bar 

  • Cashew :- 1 cup
  • Almonds :- 1 cup
  • Pistachio :- 1/2 cup 
  • Coconut:- 1 cup
  • Jaggery :- 1 cup ( 2 small balls of jaggery) 
  • Dates:- 1 cup 
  • Quinoa :- 1 cup 
Step wise choco protein bar 
  • Pan ko halka sa garam kare. Low flame par rakhe. 
  • Ab saare dates ko daale ( seeds alag kiya hua). 
  • Achese roast kare aur nikal le. Ab thora thnda hone de. 
  • Thnda ho jaaye to grind kare aur paste ready kare. 
  • Fir pan ko low flame par rakhe aur usme saare dry fruits daale i.e. Cashew , almonds , pistachio ( barik Kate hue).
  •  1 minute tak roast kare fir usme grated coconut daale aur mix karen. Fir 1 minute tak sabko roast kare aur half cup quinoa daale aur mix kare. 
  • Ise roast kare aur jab iski sugandh aane lage to samjh jaaye ki dry fruits ready hogya hai. 
  • Sabhi ko ek bowl me nikal le. 
  • Ab pan ko firse low flame par rakhe aur jaggery daale. Half cup pani daale aur jaggery ko melt hone de. 
  • Jaggery jab halka think ho jaye to thumb se check kare. Paste ready hai , fir dates paste ko dale aur mix kare. 
  • 1-2 minute baad roasted dry fruits ko isme daale aur mix kare. 
  • Sabhi ko achese mix karte rahe taki sab bind ho jaye. 
  • Fir one table spoon ghee daale , mix kare. 
  • Jab achese ready ho jaaye to ek plate me nikal le. 
  • Aur fir achese spread kare. 
  • Plate ko pehle ghee se Greece kar le ya aapke pas butter paper hai to use bhi use karsakte hai. 
  • Sabhi ko spread kare aur knife se horizontal and vertical line shape cut kare taki sara bars achese nikl jaye. 
  • Aab use chahe to freeze hone de ya fir side me rakh de taki protein bars tight ho jaye. 
  • Ya fir raat bhar chor de aur subah tak protein bars ready hai.
  • Air tight jar me daal kar rakhe.

  • Almond syrup :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Honey :- 2 table spoon 
  • Peanut butter:- 1 cup  
Step wise protein bars recipe 
  • Pan me oats daale. Medium flame par roast kare. Oats ko ek bowl me nikaal le jab oats ka colour change ho jaaye. 
  • Ab oats ko jar me daale. Almonds ,nutmeg powder , cinnamon powder daale aur grind kare. Thin powder me grind kare. 
  • Bowl me daale. Isme honey daale. 
  • Fir peanut butter ( non sweet peanut butter) daale. 
  • Vinegar, coconut oil , almond syrup daale.
  • Achese sabko mix kare. 
  • Ab ek sweets metal box le. 
  • Coconut oil se greese kare. 
  • Sare mixture ko box me dale aur achese spread kare. 
  • Ab freeze me daale . 
  • 1 hour baad nikale aur knife se pieces me cut kare.
