Spinach Thepla 

1. Spinach thepla

Ingredients required :- 

  • Carom seeds :- 1 table spoon 
  • Sesame seeds :- 1 table spoon
  • Spinach :- 2 cup 
  • Whole wheat flour :- 2 cup
  • Besan  :- 1 cup
  • Bajri :- 1/2 cup
  • Hing :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Turmeric :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Red chilli powder 
  • Cumin powder 
  • Salt 
  • Hot oil :- 2 table spoon 
  • Curd :- 1 cup 
  • Fried spinach :- 1 cup 
Step wise recipe:- 
  • To make Thepla, first pour water in a container and let it boil. 
  • Put spinach in water and let it come to a boil. 
  • After 15-20 minutes take out the spinach and grind it. 
  • Paste ready. 
  • Put the paste in a bowl and then add whole wheat flour, gravel, gram flour. 
  • Now add carom seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste and mix. 
  • Now add curd. 
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil and add to the boil and then mix. 
  • Prepare a dough. 
  • Now keep it aside for 15 minutes. 
  • Heat the tawa/pan. 
  • Take a small piece of dough and make a ball and apply the dough and roll it into the shape of a chapatti. 
  • When the paan is hot, keep it on this paan. 
  • Cook on medium to low flame. 
  • Turn after 2-3 minutes and cook the other side as well. 
  • Prepare all theplas in the same way. 
  • Serve hot.

2. Spinach sandwich

Ingredients required :- 

  • Spinach :- 3-4 cup 
  • Sweet Corn :- 1-2 cup
  • Milk 
  • Salt 
  • Red chilli flakes 
  • Black pepper powder 
  • Mozerella cheese 
  • Bread 
  • Slice cheese

Step wise :- 
  • Heat the pan. 
  • Keep the flame on medium. 
  • Put 2-3 tbsp oil. 
  • Then add sweet corn and after 1 minute add spinach. 
  • Mix and mix till the spinach is cooked. 
  • Now add 1-2 cups of milk to it and mix. 
  • If needed, add 1-2 more cups of milk and mix. 
  • When it comes to boil , add salt as per taste, add black pepper, grated cheese, red chili flakes and mix. 
  • Switch off the gas after 2-3 minutes when the batter gets thickened. 
  • Now put sliced ​​cheese on the bread slices. 
  • Then add 1-2 tbsp of the prepared mixture and cover with another bread slice. 
  • Similarly prepare all the bread slices by stuffing me. 
  • Now heat the tawa/pan. 
  • Keep it on low flame.
  •  And then apply butter/ghee/oil and place the bread.
  •  After the golden color comes, turn and make the other side golden as well. 
  • Sandwich is ready.

3. Crispy spniach fry 

It can be also called crispy spinach chaat. 
Ingredients required :– 
  • Spinach :- 4-5 cup
  • Cornflour :- 1-2 cup 
  • Salt 
  • Garlic:- 1 table spoon 
  • Ginger :- 1 table spoon 
  • Green chillies and red chilli :- 1 table spoon 
  • Soya sauce :- 1 table spoon 
  • Vinegar :- 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Black pepper powder :- 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Sesame seeds :- 2 table spoon 
Step wise recipe :- 
  • Put finely chopped spinach in a bowl . 
  • Now pour cornflour and mix it.
  •  Heat the pan. 
  • Keep the flame from high to medium. 
  • Once the pan is hot, add oil. 
  • Add oil as per the requirement for frying.
  •  After the oil is hot, add dal to the spinach. 
  • And then after 30 seconds take it out and keep it in a plate. 
  • Now keep the pan on low to medium flame. 
  • When it is hot, add oil. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic. 
  • Then add chopped green chilies and red chilies.
  •  Mix well.  
  • Now pour soy sauce and vinegar and mix.
  •  Now toss the fried spinach with lentils. 
  • Add sesame seeds, salt as per taste and black pepper and mix.

4. Spinach and mushroom 

Ingredients required :- 
  • Spinach :- 2 cup ( finely chopped) 
  • Mushroom :- 4-5 cup ( chopped)
  • Ginger :- 1 table spoon 
  • Garlic :- 1 table spoon 
  • Green chillies :- 1 table spoon 
  • Black pepper powder :- 1/2 table spoon 
  • Soya sauce :- 1 table spoon 
  • Salt 
  • Oil 
Step wise recipe :- 
  • Heat the pan. 
  • Keep the flame on low to medium. 
  • Put one tablespoon oil. 
  • Add chopped ginger and chopped garlic. 
  • Now mix chopped green chilies. 
  • Next, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry till golden brown. 
  • After it gets fried but chopped palak and let it get cooked. 
  • Lastly add soy sauce, black pepper and salt to taste and mix. 
  • After 2 minutes take it out in a serving bowl and serve.

5. Palak paneer 

Ingredients required
  • Spinach :- 3 medium size bowl
  • Ginger :- 1 /2 cup
  • Garlic :- 1 /2 cup
  • Green chilli :- 3-4 
  • Oil 
  • Butter
  • Paneer :- 1-2 cup ( chopped in a cube) 
  • Cumin seeds 
  • Bay leaf 
  • Cardamom 
  • Onion :- 2 medium size
  • Tomato :- 1 medium size
  • Water 
  • Salt 
  • Grama masala 
  • Kasuri methi 
  • Cream 
Step wise recipe
  • Boil the water.
  •  Then add spinach to it and boil it.
  •  After 15 minutes take out and prepare the paste. 
  • Now put oil in a pan and roast the paneer cubes. 
  • Take out the paneer and keep it in a bowl. 
  • Then heat the pan. 
  • Put oil in it. 
  • Now after adding oil, add cumin seeds. 
  • Then put bay leaves, cardamom, chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies and fry. 
  • Pour chopped onion and fry till golden. 
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and fry till they melt. 
  • Keep the flame on medium. 
  • Now pour the spinach paste and keep the flame on low. 
  • Mix and add water. 
  • Add salt as per taste and mix. 
  • After this, add garam masala and kasoori methi and mix and boil. 
  • Now add 3-4 butter cubes, cream and mix. 
  • Lastly, add the paneer cubes and stir. 
  • Cover the pan and keep it for 5-10 minutes.

6. Spinach cheese balls 

Ingredients required :- 
  • Oil :- 1-2 table spoon
  • Garlic :- 1/4 cup
  • Ginger :- 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli :- 1/4 cup
  • Onion :- 1 medium size
  • Spinach :- 4-5 cup
  • Bread crumbs :- 2-3 cup
  • Cornflour :- 2 cup
  • Salt 
  • Cheese cubes

Step wise recipe :-
  • Heat the pan Keep the pan on between low flame to medium flame . 
  • Add 1-2 tbsp oil.
  •  Add chopped garlic and ginger and mix. 
  • Then add finely chopped onion. 
  • Now add finely chopped green chilies. 
  • After onion turns golden brown, add spinach and mix. 
  • Cook till the palak is tender. 
  • After 10-15 minutes turn off the gas and keep it to cool down. 
  • Now grind it and make a paste. 
  • Take out the paste in a bowl and add bread crumbs, cornflour and salt as per taste and mix it. 
  • Prepare the dough. 
  • If required, add more breadcrumbs and cornflour and mix. 
  • Now take a small ball of dough and make circular balls. 
  • Then with the help of fingers, press into the middle of the ball and plane it and put a small cheese cube. 
  • Then make a smooth ball by covering it from all sides. 
  • Similarly, prepare all the paneer balls. 
  • Now heat the pan. 
  • Put oil in it for frying and let the oil heat up. 
  • When the oil becomes hot, add the balls one by one and fry for 4-5 minutes. 
  • Cheese ball is ready. Serve hot and eat with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce.
