Restaurant style egg curry:- fry 10 boiled eggs , fry chopped garlic and ginger. Next, finely chopped onion and tomotes. Prepare a fine paste. And then prepare a masala by adding bay leaf , cinnamon, cardmom . Then pour paste and cook for a minute and add curd. We add curd for the restaurant style taste. Now , stir for a minute and make a curry while adding water. Add eggs and then cook it for a minute. It’s ready. 

 Ingredients for egg curry 

  • Boiled egg :- 10 
  • Onion :- 6-8 medium size  
  • Tomato :- 4 medium size 
  • Ginger :- 2 table spoon ( chopped) 
  • Garlic :- 2 table spoon ( chopped) 
  • Green chilli :- 3 
  • Red chilli powder :- 2 table spoon
  • Cinnamon :- 1 
  • Bay leaf :- 1 
  • Cardmom :- 2 
  • Cumin seeds :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Coriander powder :- 1 table spoon 
  • Garam masala :- 1 table spoon 
  • Coriander powder :- 1/2 table spoon 
  • Cumin powder :- 1/2 table spoon
  • Turmeric powder :- 1/2 table spoon 
  • Curd :- 1 cup 
  • Salt :- 1 table spoon 
  • Oil :- 1 cup
Step wise egg curry recipe 
  • Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. 
  • Chop the coriander leaves and keep it in a plate. 
  • Now heat a pan. Keep the flame at medium to high. After the pan gets hot , add 2 table spoon of oil. 
  • Oil is hot , add chopped ginger and garlic. After 1-2 minutes , fry onion till golden colour appears. 
  • Then fry tomatoes . Switch off the flame and let it get cooled. 
  • Grind it and make a paste ready. 
  • Take a boiled eggs , with the help of a pointed knife make a small whole in an egg. 
  • Make a very small 3-4 woles in an eggs. 
  • Add 1 table spoon red chilli powder , salt and mix well in the eggs. 
  • Heat a pan again , pour 1 table spoon of oil. Fry the eggs for 2-3 minutes.
  • The colour will get changed , take it out and keep it side. 
  • Empty the pan and add 2-3 table spoon of oil. 
  • When the oil is hot , add bay leaf , cinnamon , cardmom and then cumin seeds. 
  • After 1 minute , add turmeric and 1 table spoon of red chilli powder mix well and add the paste. 
  • Let the flame be at between  medium to low. 
  • Now add garam masala, coriander powder , cumin powder and mix well.
  • After 2-3 minutes mix curd with this. 
  • Cover the pan and let it get cooked. Stir well. 
  • Now pour 1 cup of water and stir. 
  • Mix well and if required add more water. 
  • Add 1 cup of water and when it start get boiling, add eggs and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. 
  • Cover the lid and let it get cooked for about 10-15 minutes. 
  • Switch off the flame .
  • Serve hot with rice, chapati, naan or kulcha.

Cut the boiled egg in two half pieces. Sprinkle chopped onion , green chilli , chat masala and black salt.
