Necessary ingredients :- 

  • Bread Slices:- 8
  • Mustard seeds:- 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves:- 3-4
  • Onion:- 1 cup (chopped)P
  • Peanuts:- 1/2 cup
  • Green chili:- 2
  • Turmeric Powder:- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil:- 2 tbsp

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes shape.
  • Chop the onion finely.
  • Chop green chilies more.
  • Now heat a pan. Keep the flame medium.
  • Add 2 tbsp oil 
  • When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and then add groundnut and fry it. When the peanuts start cooking, add chopped onions and curry leaves and fry them. Then add chopped green chilies to it and fry.
  • Put all the bread cubes in a bowl and then pour 2 tbsp milk on top of it.
  • Now add peanuts and turmeric powder and mix. Add salt to taste. If you want, add 1/3 cup tomato ketchup or add 1 tsp of sugar.
  • Then add bread cubes and mix.
  • Mix well but take care that the bread cubes do not break.
  • Bread Poha is ready. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve.

** If you want, first shallow fry the bread cubes in the pan. So that the bread cubes becomes crunchy. After that, fry everything by adding oil to the pan and mix fried bread cubes in the last. This bread cubes will  taste delicious.

The whole process will remain the same, just add curd to it. If you want, use lemon, but it tastes better than lemon.

  • Curd:- 1/3 cup
  • Mustard seeds:- 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves :- 3-4
  • Ground nuts :- 1/2 cup

  • Green chili :- 2

Step Wise Bread Poha Recipe With Curd

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
  • Now shallow fry in a pan.
  • Now take out in a bowl and keep it.
  • Now heat the pan. Add oil in it and add mustard seeds. Then add peanuts and fry them.
  • Add chopped onion and curry leaves to the pan and fry.
  • Mix chopped green chilies and fry.
  • Now turn the flame to low and mix 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, then add curd and mix well. Now mix the bread cubes , then salt as per taste.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • Bread Poha is ready in 10-15 minutes.

  • Onion:- 1 cup

  • Peanuts:- 1/3 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil

Step Wise chura and Bread Poha Recipe

  • Shallow fry the bread cubes in the pan and keep a plate.
  • Wash the flatter rice in water and take out, keep it aside.
  • Heat the pan. Mustard seeds in it. Now add peanuts and fry them. Then fry the curry leaves with lentils and chopped onions.
  • Now add chopped green chili and mix. Then add turmeric powder and mix. Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup  and mix.
  • Now keep the flame in the middle of low to medium and add the flattened rice. Add salt as per taste and do it all.
  • Now add chopped coriander leaves and then bread cubes dal and mix.

Step Wise Bread Poha Vada Recipe

  • Wash the chura with water and take it out.
  • Then put it in a bowl and add water and Keep it aside. 
  • Now finely chop the onion, capsicum and green chilies.
  • Cut the bread and grind it and prepare a fine powder.
  • Now take out the chura from the water and squeeze the chura till all the water will come out.
  • Now mash the chura well and prepare a dough.
  • Then add chopped onion, capsicum, green chili to it. Add salt to taste.
  • Add bread crumbs. Mix coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, chaat masala, red chili powder and mix it.
  • Now add lemon juice and mix everything well. And prepare a dough.
  • Heat the karahi and pour oil in it.
  • When the karahi becomes hot, make small balls from the dough and make them in the shape of vada and put them in the oil.
