- Yogurt:- 1/2 cup
- Ghee:- 2 table spoon
- Baking powder:- 1 tea spoon

- Potatoes:- 1 cup
- Garam masala:- 1 table spoon
- Dhaniya powder:- 1 table spoon

- Coriander leaves
- Ek bowl me maida dale.
- Ab usme salt aur baking powder dalkar mix kare.
- Fir isme ghee dale aur apne hatho se mix kare. Flour moist hojyega.
- Ab usme yogurt dale aur fir halka pani dal kar mix kare.
- Achese ek soft dough ready kare.
- Pani bhut jyada nahi dale. Mix karte hue jitna jarurt hai uske hisab se he pani dale.
- Ab jab dough ready hai to usko dhak kar 15-20 ke liye rakh de.
- Ek bowl le. Usme grated paneer dale.
- Fir usme grated potatoes ( boiled potatoes) dale.
- Dhaniya powder, fried jeera, chopped coriander leaves , salt as per taste, garam masala dale.
- Fir red chilli powder aur chopped onion dalkar mix kare.
- Achese hatho se mix kare.
- Fillings/ stuffing ready hai.
- Dough ko nikale.
- Ab white flour ko base par spread karke dough ko achese roll karke bada sa chapati ka shape de.
- Fir uske upar pura ghee lga de. Ghee lagane ke baad white flour ko uske upar spread kare.
- Ab apne side se chapati ko fold karte hue dusre side tak le jaye.
- Ab usko chote chote pede ki size me cut kare.
- Matlab ki small ball dough ke liye.
- Ab ek dough ko lenge aur achese hath se dough ke middle area me space create krenge taki fillings bhar sake.
- 2-3 table spoon fillings add karenge.
- Aur sare edges ko bich me lakar close krenge.

- Kuch 10 minute bad jab ready ho to usko tandoori effect dene ke liye naan ko direct flame ke upar rakhe aur ghumate rahe taki har taraf uska effect jaye.
- Ek jagah rakhne se naan jal jyega.
- Ab naan ko waps tawa me rakhe aur upar wala area me 1 table spoon butter dale. Jarurt ho to aur v dale.

- Black gram(urad) :- 1 cup
- Kidney beans ( rajma) :- 1/2 cup
- Onion :- 1 cup
- Tomato pury :- 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste:- 2 table spoon
- Green chilli:- 3-4
- Red chilli powder
- Ginger:- 1 table spoon
- Jeera:- 1 tea spoon
- Salt
- Butter
- Elaichi:-3-4
- Bay leaf:- 1
- Cinnamon :- 2
- Kasuri methi :- 1 table spoon
- Coriander leaves:- 1 table spoon
- Dhaniya powder:- 1 table spoon
- Garam masala :- 1 table spoon
- Jeera powder:- 1 tea spoon
- Rat bhar 6-7 ghanta ke liye black gram aur kidney beans ko bhinga kar rakhe.
- Fir uske bad chaan ke nikale aur cooker me dale. Usme pani dale jaise ham daal ke liye dalte hai.
- Ab usme bay leaf, cinnamon, 2 badi black elaichi aur 2 green elaichi dale.
- Fir salt as per taste dale aur 1/2 tea spoon oil dal de. Ab band karke medium to high speech ke bich me rakhe.
- Aur 5-6 whistle tak rakhe uske bad 2-3 whistle tak ke liye medium to low par karde.
- Jab tak ye boil ho raha hai ham masala prepare karenge.
- Aap chahe to butter ki jagah ghee v use karsakte hai.
- Ab ek karahi/pan ko garam kare. Medium flame par he rehne de.
- 2 table spoon oil dale aur 1 table spoon butter.
- Fir 1 table spoon jeera dale.
- Ab chopped onion dale aur golden colour hone tak fry kare. Fir isme ginger garlic paste dale aur mix kare achese.
- Ab jab ye hojye to masala dale.
- Garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, 1 table spoon red chilli powder, haldi 1 tea spoon. Aur mix kare sabko.
- Masala ko medium se low flame ke bich me fry kare. Chahe to 2-3 table spoon of water dale aur tab fry kare. Taki achese masala pak jaye. Ab jab masala 3-4 minute me ready hogya hai to usme tomato pury dale aur waps medium flame par kare.
- Usko stir karte rahe taki achese tamatar v pak jaye. Chahe to usme salt a pinch dale taki tomato pury achese pake. Use dhak de aur 2-3 minute tak pak ne de.
- Ab dekhenge ki sab pak gaya hai to cooker me se daal ko chaan kar karahi me dale aur uska pani v isme dale aur stir karte rahe.
- Fir dhak kar boil hone de. 5-10 minute tak boil hone de aur pakaye. Ab usme 1 table spoon chopped ginger and chopped green chilli dalkar mix karenge.
- Fir dekhenge ki texture achese garha ho ra hai to ab ham usme 3-4 table spoon butter dalenge aur 3 table spoon fresh cream dalkar achese mix karenge.
- Sabko mix karke fir ham 4-5 minute tak dhak kar rakhenge.
- Lastly, usme grated kasuri methi aur grated coriander leaves dalkar mix karenge.
- Kuch 5-10 minute tak dhak kar rakhenge. Dekhenge ki dal makhani ready hai.
- Ab tarka lgynge . Ek pan lenge jisme 2 table spoon butter add karenge aur fir 2 table spoon red chilli powder . Fir turant he dal makhani me mix karenge.
- Achese stir kare. Dal makhani ready hogya hai.
