Mujhe ek sabse wonderful place ke baare me pata chala. Us place ki khas baat ye hai ki waha par ek unique sa dosa milta hai. Waise to iss jagah me 6 tarah ke dosa milte hai. Magar ek dosa waha par kaafi famous hai. ” Jini dosa” waha ka famous dosa.
Aur ye place hai “Indore” me. Indore me jo log rehte hai unhe to ye pata hai he magar jin logo ko ye ni pata , Mai btati hoon – yaha par jo ek bhia hai wo ise Mumbai se sikh kar aaye the aur fir apna dosa ka stall khola. Ye jo “jinny dosa” hai iski makings bhut he simple aur easy hai. Ye salty, spicy, cheesey hai. Ise serve karte hai ginger garlic chutney, coconut chutney ke sath.
Agar aap soch rahe ho ki iski making kaisi rehti hai. Agar chahe to ghar par kaise aisa dosa prepare karen. Iski recipe agar apko ek bar pta chal gaya to aap ghar par bhi asani se bana sakte ho.
Sabse pehle karna ye hai ki dosa batter ready rakhen. Boiled mashed potatoes , Schezwan chutney , chopped veggies ready rakhen.

Ingredients required :-
- Dosa batter
- Potatoes :- 1 bowl ( mashed)
- Tomatoes :- 1 cup (chopped)
- Capsicum :- 1 cup ( chopped)
- Schezwan chutney :- 1 cup
- Chat masala :- 1 table spoon
- Coriander leaves :- 1 cup
- Spring onion :- 1 cup
- Onion :- 1 cup ( chopped)
- Cheese :- 2 cup
- Garam masala :- 1 cup
- Dosa tawa/ pan ko garam karen.
- Handful of water dale aur fir ek kapde se tawa ko saaf karle.
- 2 cup of batter daale aur circular shape me spread kare.
- 1 minute baad 2 table spoon mashed potatoes daalen.
- 1 table spoon Schezwan chutney daalen.
- Mix karen.
- Ab handful of chopped tomatoes daalen.
- Fir 2 table spoon chopped capsicums , onion, chat masala , salt as per taste , one table spoon garam masala . Achese mix kare aur plate se utne veggies ko dhak kar whi par rakhe 3-4 minute tak .
- Ab plate ko side rakhe , pura dosa me mixture ko spread kare.
- Ab handful of coriander leaves spread kare pure dosa me , fir spring onion bhi daale.
- Grated cheese pura dosa me spread kare . Achese pura dheer sara daale taki upar me cheese bhar jaaye.
- Fir 2-3 minute tak melt hone de.
- Jab melt ho jaaye , firse extra cheese spread kare.
- Ab vertically cut kare line se.
- Lastly, roll karte jaye aur ek plate me rakhe.
- Last ka ek tukda rehne de aur roll ke upar me rakhe.
- Ab coconut chutney and garlic chutney ke sath serve kare.
- Ek bowl me 4 cup of rice daalen.
- Fir usme urad dal aur methi Dana dale.
- Pani daale aur dhak kar rakh de.
- Dopher me isse daal kar rakhe aur agle din subh tak ye ready hojyega.
- Aagle din subh me poha ko paani me daale aur rakh de.
- Jab batter ready karna hai uske 15-20 minute pehle poha ko pani me daale.
- Ab rice , Fenugreek seeds , poha , urad dal ko jar me daale aur thora paani daal kar paste ready kare.
- Ab dhak kar rakh de.
- Ab subah me batter ready ho gya hai to raat me ise bana sakte hai.
- Aur agar jyada jaldi hai ya fir doubt hai ki achese batter ready nahi hopyega to sunlight me bhi dhak kar rakh sakte hai.
