 How to make paneer makhani naanza ? 

Pizza and naan fusion dish “Paneer makhani naanza”. Sabse pehle makhani sauce ready karen jisme daalenge cumin seeds , bay leaf , onion, tomato, cashew, kashmiri red chilli , garlic , ginger, salt , sugar, butter, kashmiri red chilli powder , turmeric , garam masala. Isko flame par 10 minute tak pakaye fir grind karke sauce ready kare. 

Naan ke liye dough ready karen. Bowl me refined flour daalen , salt, sugar, baking soda dale aur mix kare. Fir curd daale aur paani daal kar soft dough ready kare . Dhak kar rakh de. 

Ab marinade ready karke paneer dalkar ready kare. Flame par paka le. Garlic dip ready kare. 

Fir naan banaye aur makhani sauce lagakar mozeralla cheese daale. Panner sab dalkar mayonnaise daale. 

Oven me daale ya fir tawa par pakaye. Pizza shape me cut Karen aur garlic dip sath serve kare. 

Isko bnane me total time 2 Hours lagte hai.

Cook time:- 30 minutes

Ingredients of makhani sauce

  • Jeera( cumin seeds) :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Bay leaf :- 1
  • Green elaichi :- 3-4
  • Onion :- 1 cup 
  • Garlic:-  3-4 
  • Ginger :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Kashmiri Red chilli:- 3-4
  • Tomatoes :- 1 cup 
  • Cashew :- 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder :- 1 table spoon
  • Garam masala :- 1 table spoon 
  • Turmeric :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Sugar
  • Salt 
  • Butter 
  • Kasuri methi :- 1 tea spoon 
Ingredients required for dough 
  • Refined flour :- 2 cup
  • Salt:- 1 tea spoon 
  • Sugar :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Baking soda :- 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Curd :- 1/2 cup 
  • Water 
Ingredients for tandoori marinade 
  • Mustard oil :- 1 table spoon 
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder :- 2 table spoon 
  • Ginger garlic paste :- 1 table spoon 
  • Dhaniya powder :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Jeera powder :- 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder :- 1 tea spoon 
  • Aamchur powder :- 1 tea spoon
  • Kasuri methi powder :- 1 tea spoon
  • Salt 
  • Sugar 
  • Curd :- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves :- 2 table spoon 
  • Paneer :- 1 bowl ( cut in a cube pieces)
  • Capsicum :- 1 cup
  • Onion:- 1 cup 
  • Charcoal 
  • Ghee 
Ingredients for garlic dip 
  • Curd :- 1 cup 
  • Mayonese :- 1/2 cup 
  • Garlic paste :- 1 table spoon 
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper 
  • Coriander leaves :- 2 table spoon 
Step wise paneer makhani naanza recipe
  • Makhani sauce recipe. 
  • Ek pan ko heat karen. Usme 1 table spoon oil daale . 
  • Cumin seeds ( jeera) daalen, bay leaf daale aur mix kare. 
  • Green elaichi daalen, fir garlic daalen aur mix kare. Ab chopped onion daale aur golden brown hone tak fry kare. Fir isme kashmiri red chilli daalen.
  • Ab chopped tomatoes , salt a pinch, sugar daale aur fix kare. Cashew daalen aur mix karen. 
  • 1 minute baad garam masala , red chilli powder, turmeric powder , kasuri methi , butter daalen aur mix karen. 
  • Ab medium flame par dhak kar 10 minute tak rakhen. Fir flame off karke thanda hone de. Bay leaf ko nikaal de. 
  • Jar me daalen aur blend karke paste ready Karen. Makhani sauce is ready. 
  • Ab ek bowl me refined flour daalen , fir salt , sugar aur baking soda daalen aur mix karen. 
  • Ab curd daalen aur achese mix kare . Ab paani daal kar soft dough ready karen. 
  • Dough ready ho jaaye to refined oil one table spoon daal kar dough me mix kare aur dhak kar 1hour ke liye rakh de. 
  • Marinade recipe. 
  • Ab ek container me mustard oil daalen , kashmiri red chilli powder dalkar mix karen.
  • Ginger garlic paste , dhaniya powder , jeera powder , turmeric powder, aamchur powder , kasuri methi powder, salt , sugar daalen aur mix karen.
  • Curd , coriander leaves dalkar mix karen. 
  • Panner , onion, capsicum daalen aur mix karen.
  • Charcoal ko ek cup me daalen, container me rakh de aur ghee daalen. Fir container ko dhak de 10 minute ke liye.
  • Skewers me onion, capsicum , panner lagayen . Aise he sequence me skewers me lgate jayen. 
  • Ab flame ko low par rakh kar skewers ko ghumate rahe taaki paneer sab pak jaayen. 2 minute baad butter laga kar dobara flame par 2 minute tak seke. 
  • Ab skewers se nikal kar knife se vertically cut kare taki paneer cubes 2 pieces me ho jaye. 
  • Skewers na ho to tawa/pan par bhi paka sakte hain. 
  • Dough ko le fir ek tukda lekar dry flour me lagar kar naan shape me banaye. 
  • Ek pan ko low par rakhen , fir naan ke ek side me paani lagar kar pan par rakh de. 
  • Jab naan fulne lage to pan ko turn kare aur flame me circular me ghuma kar upar area ko bhi pakayen. 

  • 3-4 minute me ready ho jyega. 
  • Ab makhani sauce ko lagaye. 
  • Usme mozeralla cheese spread kare. 
  • Ab panner , onion, capsicum rakhen. 
  • Chopped coriander leaves spread kare, mayonnaise daalen. 

  •  Fir low flame par container rakhe , usme salt or water dalen. Fir naan container ko usme rakhe aur dhak de , 5-10 minute baad check Karen aur nikal le. 

  • Garlic dip ke liye sabse pehle ek bowl me curd daalen. 
  • Ab usme salt, mayonnaise, coriander leaves, black pepper , garlic paste daale aur mix kare. Garlic dip ready hai. 
  • Garama garam serve karen.
