To fir socha ku na mathri banaya jaaye. Mathri salty, crispy dish hai. Tea time , evening snack ya fir koi guest aya to aap de sakte hain. 

How to make mathri at home recipe

Mathri bahut he sahi snacks hai ,isse aap agle kuch dino ke liye store bhi kar sakte hai. 

Mathri ka main ingredients hai 

Suji, maida , atta , salt, refined oil ye main ingredients hai. 

Ghar par bana rahe to achese sara lentils use kare jaise ki cumin seeds, carom seeds , kalaunji , black pepper, kasuri methi.

  • Mathri banane samye sabse pehle ham ek bowl me wheat flour dalenge. 
  • Fir maida aur suji dalkar mix karenge. Ab sara lentils :- cumin seeds, carom seeds, kalaunji , black pepper , kasuri methi daale. Fir salt as per taste daale aur refined oil dalkar achese mix kare.
  •  Sara moist hogya to ab normal water se knead karke soft dough ready karenge. 
  • Dough soft rahe isly Luke warm water se dough ready kare. Dhak kar 30-40 minute ke liye rakh de. 
  • Ab dough ko nikal kar firse knead kare aur ek bada sa chapati ke hisab se dough ke tukda le. 
  • Ab roll karke aur thin chapati ready kare. Ek aur same chapati ready kare dusre dough ke tukade se.
  • Ab ek cup me 2-3 table spoon ghee daale aur fir 3 table spoon maida daale aur mix kare. Paste ready hai. 
  • Ab ek chapati le aur uske upar thin layer ka paste lagaye. 
  • Ab dusre chapati ko bhi uske upar rakhe aur fir paste ka thin layer lagaye. 
  • Dono ko sath me roll kare achese. 
  • Roll ready hone ke bad small – small pede ki shape me cut kare. 
  • Ab ek rolled dough ko lekr roll kare aur small chapati Yani puri ke shape me kare. 
  • Pan me oil daale aur garam kare. Garam hote he sare tyar mathri ko daale aur fry kare. 
  • Fir nikaal kar rakhe. Chahe to garam he khaaye ya thnda hone ke baad air-tight box me rakh de. 
  • Aur aagle din v khaye. 
  • 1 mhine tak aap store kar sakte hai. 

Ingredients required :- 

  • Maida ( refined flour ) :- 1 cup 
  • Wheat flour :- 1 cup
  • Suji :- 1/2 cup
  • Carom seeds :- 1 table spoon
  • Kalaunji :- 1 table spoon 
  • Carmom seeds:- 1 table spoon
  • Black pepper :- 1 table spoon
  • Kasuri methi :- 1 table spoon
  • Refined oil:- 1/2 cup
  • Ghee

Mathri Rajasthani dish hai. Rajasthan ka cultural / traditional dish hai. Rajashthan ka originated dish Aaj pure India me milta hai. 

Pehle to bas Rajasthan me milta tha ab har jagah sweet shops me ham ise dekh sakte hai. Aksar log ise evening time ya fir extra snack me khate hai. Sath me breakfast me v khate hai.

How to make mathri crispy 

Mathri ka jab dough karte hai to us waqt refined oil hamesa flour ka adha daale. Aur achese pehle flour me mix kare jisse moist ho jaaye uske baad pani daal kar dough ready kaare. Dough ko soft rakhe aur dough ke upar refined oil lagar kar dhak kar rakhe adhe ghante ke liye. Adhe ghante baad achese ghee aur refined flour ko mix karke paste lagaye. Fir chapati shape me roll karke fir paste lagaye. Dhyan rakhe paste ko jyada nahi lagaye, ekdam  thin layer rakhe taki jab deep fry ho to mathri khule nahi. Aur achese fold karke cut kare aur achese medium to low flame par deep fry kare. To mathri crispy banega.

Jab wo deep fry ho jaaye to mathri ko thanda hone ke liye rakh de. Jab thnda ho jaye to use air tight box me rakh de aur jab man kare use kare.
