Ingredients:- 


  • Suji:- 1 bowl
  • Maida:- 1/2 bowl
  • Curd:- 1 cup
  • Water
  • Baking powder:- 1/2 tea spoon

Steps to make the jalebi batter:- 
  • Ek  bowl main Suji le. 
  • Ab usmein maida dalen.
  • Dono ko mix Karen.
  • Ab ismein dahi acche se a dalkar mix kare.
  • Ab batter mein thoda sa Pani dalen aur  fir mix Karen taki Jo batter hai  na to wo jyada garha ho aur na hi jyada patla.
  • Ab is batter ko aadhe ghante ke liye maximum 25-30 minute Tak ke liye cover karke ke rakh denge taki batter acche se  ful jaaye.
(Dekha jaye to shirf India me he nahi balki ar v countries hai jahan jalebi bhut he famous sweet ya desert me se ek hai. Jaise ki Pakistan and Iran. ‘ Making of sugar syrup
( chashni) ‘ 

Ingredients required:- 
  • Sugar:- 2 cup
  • Water
  • Elaichi:- 2 
  • Lemon juice
Steps to make the chashni.
  • Ek Pan garam karenge.
  • Usmein ek cup pani dalenge. 
  • Fir usme 2 cup sugar dalenge. 
  • Ar ab use pakne denge. 
  • Chashni ko check karne liye ham ek do drop ek cup me lekar fir finger se touch karnge.
  • Agar dono ungli chasni se chipak raha hai ya fir thread jaisa ban raha to chasni ready hai. 
  • Ab thora swad ke liye elaichi powder ya fir barik kata hua elaichi dale. 
  • Ab thora sa nimbu ka ras dal de taki wo thanda hone par chashni jame na. 

“Final making of jalebi” 
  • Ab ek karahi ko garam karke oil dale. 
  • Batter me 1/2 tea spoon baking powder dalkar mix karde. 
  • Ek plastic cone le ar usme batter ko dale. 
  • Oil garam hone ke bad jalebi shape me tel me dale ar deep fry kare.
  • Golden brown hone tak fry kare. 
  • Ab jo chasni hai usme duba kar rakh de. 
  • 1-2 minute bad lijiye ready h jalebi. 
  • Aise he sare batter se jalebi bana le. 










*Chashni ho ya jalebi bana sabko medium flame par he bnaye.* 

*Ab agar apko wo orange colour chahiye to orange food colour use karsakte hai lekin ghar par bana rahe to avoid kare *

‘My jalebi making story’
Agar bat kare personal experience ki to jab main first time try kiya tha mujhe v idea ni tha ki crunchy banega ya v ni. Magar acha bana tha. Mere papa ko mitha khana bhut pasand hai ar jab maine jalebi banaya to unhe bahut he pasand aya. Mai ek din bore ho ri thi ar kuch mitha khane ka man kiya . Aise mujhe itna mitha pasand nahi hai but achank se ise halke thande mosum me mereko yad aya wo jalebi wale stall ka. Lekin avi khrid sakte the ni to socha ku na ghar par banaya jaye. To maine apni mummy ka help lekar ise banaya aur mai isse bhut khush thi ki ekdm sahi ban gya. Isly maine decide kiya ki ye recipe aap logo ke sath share karti hoon taki aap log v ekdm ghar par bana sake.
