Matar paneer bhurji swadist, masaledar bhurji me se ek hai. Yeh ek Indian traditional dish hai jisko bnane me Indian spices , vegetables ar masala ka istemal hota hai. Ise bnane me 20-25 minutes lgta hai. Isme main ingredients hai matar ar paneer. Is dish me paneer mashed kiya hua h.

Hamne kayi bar matar paneer khaya hai ar kafi pasand v karte hai. Matar paneer dish jab v banate hai to paneer cubes me hota hai ar curry rehta hai. Lekin jab bat aati hai bhurji ki to hame yhi lgta hai ki cubes me kata hua paneer ar matar dal kr fry kurke dried bhurji ban jata hai. Magar hm ek new bhurji dish bnate hai jisme jyada ingredients ki jarurt ni hai. 

Jaise ki hm sab jante hai paneer health ke liye kafi beneficial hai. Jab ham ghar par hote hai ya fir koi eatery jagah par to paneer ki kafi varieties dekhne ko milta hai. Har paneer dish ka different flavours ar various names hota hai uske taste ke hisab se. Jab bat ati hai ghar pr banye hue healthy with tasty dish ki , ya to ham panner ko saute krke ya fir normally cubed shape me kata hua panner ko salad ke sath khate hai. Par kuch taste change ke liye khana ho ghar pr paneer ke sath matar v ho to kaise isse healthy ar energy dish bnaya jaye. Once in a week ye hm breakfast me isse brown bread ya roti ke sath kha sakte. Sath he iss meal ko hm teeno time breakfast, lunch and dinner me kavi v le sakte hai. Sabse sahi time hai breakfast. Breakfast me ham ise kha sakte jisse hame energy milega.

Ingredients:- 

  • Matar:- 1 bowl 
  • Paneer:- 1 bowl ( mashed paneer) 
  • Onion:- 2 
  • Ginger:- 1/2 
  • Garlic:- 2 
  • Garam masala:- 1 table spoon 
  • Coriander powder:- 1 table spoon
  • Turmeric:- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Jeera:- 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Lemon juice:- 1 table spoon 
  • Green chilli:- 2 
  • Salt 
How to cook the matar paneer bhurji? 
                  
                       Or, 
 Matar paneer kaise banaye? 
Pan me tel garam hone ke bad jeera dale , fir chopped( barik kata hua) onion dale, green chilli  kata hua,  adrak( ginger) ar lahsun( garlic) dale ar 2 min ke bad usme matar dale. Matar( peas) ko pakne tak fry kare. Ab isme garam masala , dhaniya( coriander) powder, haldi( turmeric) dal kr milaye. Achese sare masale ko fry karke mash kiya hua paneer dale. Ab mix kurke swad anusar namak( salt) dalkr milaye. Ab 3-4 minute tak achese fry kare ar jab sab pak jaye to nimbu ka ras dale. Ar barik kata hua dhaniya patta( coriander leaves) upar me dale. Garam garam bhurji tyar hai. 


Isko apne pasandida fried rice, ya fir bread slice ke sath khaye. 

*Additional information*

*Isme chahe to tomato add krskte hai. Sath he capsicum v add krskte hai. Jisse iska flavour ar v bahut nikhar kar ayega ar delicious v lagega

*Apne pasand ke hisab se peas k avoid krskte hai. Chahe to shirf paneer bhurji v bana skte hai. 

*Flavour ko ar v delicious banane ke liye isme ham green chopped onion v add krskte.

Let’s see the recipe to cook step wise:- 
  1. Pan ko garam hone de. 
  2. Ab usme 2 table spoon oil dale. 
  3. Garam hote he jeera dale. Fir usme chopped kiya hua onion dale. 
  4. Ab isme kata hua green chilli dale. Ar 2 minutes ke liye statue kare. 
  5. Matar dale ar fry kare 5 minutes ke liye.
  6. Usme garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder sab dale. Ar 10 minutes tak fry kare. 
  7. Mashed paneer dalkar namak dale ar 2-4 minute tak saute kare taki sara masala panner sath mix hojye. 
  8. Ab chopped coriander leaves dale. Ar lemon juice dale. 
  9. Ab isse serve kare. 
  10. Ise bread ya roti sath serve kare. 
Healthy and tasty matar paneer bhurji ready hai.
Breakfast, lunch ya dinner teeno me se koi v apne pasand ke time ke hisab se ise khaye. 
How to store paneer Rava batter? 
In a bowl keep paneer Rava batter and cover and keep it in the bridge. But make sure you don’t keep the batter for more than one day.
