” Matar paneer bhurji”
Hamne kayi bar matar paneer khaya hai ar kafi pasand v karte hai. Matar paneer dish jab v banate hai to paneer cubes me hota hai ar curry rehta hai. Lekin jab bat aati hai bhurji ki to hame yhi lgta hai ki cubes me kata hua paneer ar matar dal kr fry kurke dried bhurji ban jata hai. Magar hm ek new bhurji dish bnate hai jisme jyada ingredients ki jarurt ni hai.
Jaise ki hm sab jante hai paneer health ke liye kafi beneficial hai. Jab ham ghar par hote hai ya fir koi eatery jagah par to paneer ki kafi varieties dekhne ko milta hai. Har paneer dish ka different flavours ar various names hota hai uske taste ke hisab se. Jab bat ati hai ghar pr banye hue healthy with tasty dish ki , ya to ham panner ko saute krke ya fir normally cubed shape me kata hua panner ko salad ke sath khate hai. Ingredients:-
- Matar:- 1 bowl
- Paneer:- 1 bowl ( mashed paneer)
- Onion:- 2
- Ginger:- 1/2
- Garlic:- 2
- Garam masala:- 1 table spoon
- Coriander powder:- 1 table spoon
- Turmeric:- 1/2 tea spoon
- Jeera:- 1/2 tea spoon
- Lemon juice:- 1 table spoon
- Green chilli:- 2
- Salt
- Pan ko garam hone de.
- Ab usme 2 table spoon oil dale.
- Garam hote he jeera dale. Fir usme chopped kiya hua onion dale.
- Ab isme kata hua green chilli dale. Ar 2 minutes ke liye statue kare.
- Matar dale ar fry kare 5 minutes ke liye.
- Usme garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder sab dale. Ar 10 minutes tak fry kare.
- Mashed paneer dalkar namak dale ar 2-4 minute tak saute kare taki sara masala panner sath mix hojye.
- Ab chopped coriander leaves dale. Ar lemon juice dale.
- Ab isse serve kare.
- Ise bread ya roti sath serve kare.
