Sabse pehle ham tomatoes ko cut karke rakh lenge. Ek pan me oil dalkar tomatoes ko dal denge. Ab isme ham kaju, Kashmiri mirchi, adrak lahsun ka paste, bay leaf ar ilaichi dal denge. Ab thora sa pani dalkar pakne denge. Aur dhakan se dhak denge pan ko. Bich – bich me ise chalate v rahe. 











Ab kuch 20-25  minute bad isko nikal kar hlka thnda hone dnge  uske bad grinder me dal kar grind karenge taki ek fine paste ready ho jaye. Jab ye ready hogya to ab ham ek pan ko garam hone ke liye rakhenge. Garam hone ke bad usme butter dalnge ar phir green chilli kata hua , Kashmiri Lal mirch aur adrak lahsun ka paste dal kar saute karnge. Ab sare tomato pury ko v pan me dal denge. Fir isme garam masala dalnge. Ab achese sabko mix kurke isme swad ke hisab se salt add karnge. Ab sabko mila kar firse dhak denge. Bich-bich me ise stir karenge. Ab kuch der bad isme paneer ke cubes dalnge ar mix karenge. Ab fir use kuch der tak pakne denge. Lastly, isme ham upar se cream dalnge ar mix karenge.

Ingredients required:- 

  • Paneer:- 1 bowl( 500g) 
  • Tomato:- 1 bowl ( chopped tomatoes)
  • Kashmiri mirchi:- 2 
  • Kashmiri mirchi powder:- 1 table spoon
  • Dhaniya powder:- 1 table spoon
  • Bay leaf:- 1 
  • Ilaichi:- 2 
  • Kaju:- 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste:- 1 table spoon
  • Green chilli:- 4 
  • Salt
  • Butter 

Steps to make the pury of panner butter masala:- 

  • Ek pan ko garam kare. 
  • Ab usme oil dale. 
  • Fir usme bay leaf ar elaichi dale. 
  • Ab ginger garlic paste ( adark lahsun ka paste) dale . 
  • Mix kurke ab tomatoes ko dale. 
  • Fir isme kashmiri lal mirch aur salt dal de. Ar fir kaju dale. 
  • Ab usko dhak kar karib 15-20 minute tak pakane de. 
  • Dhakne se pehle 1/2 cup pani dal de. 
  • Ab pakne ke liye dhake. 
  • Bich – bich me ise milate v rahe. 
  • Jab sara tamatar pak jaye ar pury ki tarah banne lage to bas usse utar de. 
  • Grinder machine me ise grind kare taki gadha paste ban jaye. 

Steps to make the final panner butter masala:- 
  • Ek pan ko garam kare. 
  • Usme 6 table spoon butter dale. 
  • Ab usme Kate hue green chilli aur kashmiri lal mirch powder dale. 
  • Fir sare pury ko dal kar chalaye ar mix kare. 
  • Ab isme garam masala , dhaniya powder ko dal kar mix karke dhak de 5 minute ke liye. 
  • Ab isme panner ke cubes dale ar mix kare fir salt ar thora sa sugar dale. 
  • Ab sabko achese mix kurke 10-15 minute tak paka le. 
  • Ab uske bad finally iske upar thora sa cream dale ar mix karde. 
Lijiye garma garam panner butter masala ready hai. 
Ar isse serve kare ek bowl me. Ar uske upar kata hua pyar ar dhaniya patta se saja kar serve kare.
