“Rugda curry recipe” 

Isme ham chicken masala ya fir meat masala v dalte hai taki ye dish aur v delicious lage. Jinko nahi ata banana ya fir lgta hai bhut hard hai to chaliye mai apko btati hoon easy rugda curry recipe aur fried rugda masala recipe. Jisko banana asan ke sath sath ghar ke saman se he ban jayega.

Rugda ko ham chawal , roti ke sath khate hai. 

Ingredients required:- 

  • rugda :- 1 bowl 
  • Onion:- 1cup 
  • Capsicum:- 1/2 cup
  • Tomato:- 1 cup 
  • Elaichi:- 2-3 
  • Bay leaf:- 1 
  • Red chilli:- 2-3 
  • Cinnamon:- 1 
  • Black pepper:- 4 
  • Ginger garlic paste:- 2 table spoon
  • Dhaniya powder:- 1 table spoon
  • Jeera powder:- 1 tea spoon
  • Red chilli powder:- 1 table spoon
  • Garam masala:- 1 table spoon
  • Haldi:- 1 tea spoon
  • Salt 
  • Mustard Oil:- 3-4 table spoon 
Steps to make rugda :- 
  • Ek pan ko garam kare. 
  • Usme oil dale. 
  • Ab isme bay leaf, elaichi, cinnamon, black pepper dal de. 
  • Ab isme chopped onion ek cup dale aur fry kare. Jab golden brown hone lage to ginger garlic paste dalkar mix kare. 
  • Ab usme haldi dale aur mix kare. 
  • 1 minute tak medium flame par chalate rahe aur capsicum dale.
  • Uske bad ek cup chopped tomatoes dale. Ar mix karke dhak de. Fir 2 minute bad salt  as per taste dale aur mix karke fir dhak de. Bich bich me chalate rahe. 
  • Kuch 5 minute bad jab tomatoes sab usme mix hone lge to usme jeera powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder aur garam masala dalkar mix kare. 
  • Achese ab sabko fry kare. 
  • Ab isme chopped rugda ko dale. Aur sath me fry kare. 10-15 minute bad isme 1-2 cup pani dale. (Pani aap apne hisab se dale). 
  • Ab isko medium se v kam aach par dhak kar pakane de. 
  • Bich bich me ise chalate rahe.
  • 10-15 minute bad rugda dish ready hai.
Iske upar grated coriander leaves sprinkle aur sliced onion ke sath serve kare. 

Main ingredient :- meal masala 


Isme sare masale ke sath meat masala v dal de. To ye aur v delicious ban jyega.

  • Ek bowl fine chopped rugda le. 
  • Ek pan ko garam kare aur usme 3-4 table spoon oil dale (1/4 cup of oil).
  • Ab usme slice chopped onion dale. Aur saute kare. 
  • Ab usme chopped rugda dale aur fry kare. 
  • 5 minute bad salt 1/4 tea spoon dale aur mix kare. Aur rugda ko low flame par 15-20 minute tak fry kare. Dhyan rahe ki rugda finely chopped hai. 
  • Chat masala v sprinkle kare( optional). 
  • Sabko mix kare aur kuch minute bad fried rugda ready hai. 
  • Ab dusre pan masala sab ready karle. Aur fir fried rugda ko dal de.
  • Achese mix karde. 
  • Lijiye fried masala rugda dish ready hai. 
  • Iske upar chopped coriander leaves sprinkle kare aur serve kare. 
Isko aap roti ya chawal dono ke he sath kha sakte hai. Aap ise nan ke sath v maje se kha sakte hai.

  • Ek pan me oil dalkar garam kare. 
  • Ab ek bowl me fine chopped rugda ko le aur fir isme 1 table spoon corn flour aur rice flour dale. Ab salt aur pepper dalkar mix kare.
  • Ab sidha oil me dale aur deep kare. 
  • Tab tak kare jab tak golden brown ya kahe rugda achese pak na jye. 
  • Medium flame par agr deep fry kar rahe to 15-20 minute me ready hai. 
  • Upar se chat masala sprinkle kare aur red chilli flakes. 
  • Bas ab tomato sauce sath serve karde. 
Key note:- 

** Rugda ko pakane me time lgta hai isly aap chahe to pehle he cooker me pani dale aur rugda dale aur 5-6 wishtle bad nikal le. Isse ye asani hai ki rugda easily paka hua aur soft rahega. 

To aram se aap rugda se koi v dish asani se bana lenge.
