Ingredients required to make sattu fillings:- 

  • Sattu :- 1/2 bowl 
  • Onion:- 1 
  • Ajwain( carom seeds) :- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Small black seed:- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Ginger, garlic ang green chilli paste:- 1 table spoon
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mustard oil:- 2 table spoon
  • Salt 
  • Lemon juice 

Steps to make the sattu fillings:- 

  • Ek bowl me sattu dale. 
  • Ab usme ajwain, black seed add kare. 
  • Diced( barik kata hua)  onion , paste, salt, mustard oil dalkr mix kare. 
  • Ab coriander leaves chopped kia hua mix kare. 
The filling is ready. 
Steps to make the wheat flour dough.
  • Ek bowl wheat flour lenge. 
  • Ab usme 1/2 tea spoon salt add karenge. 
  • Usme 1 table spoon refined oil add karke achese sabko mix karenge. 
  • Ab hot water se achese ek fine dough bana kar 10-15 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh denge. 
  • Dough ready hai. 
Now, the steps to make a fine dough with rice flour. 
  • Ek bowl rice flour lenge. 
  • Ab usme salt dale. 
  • Thora sa refined oil add kare. 
  • Ab achese mix kare sabko.
  • Hot water mix kurke ek fine dough tyar karke 10-15 minutes ke liye dhak dnge. 
  • Ab uske bad firse dough ko ek bar achese mix karenge.
  • Dough is ready. 
To make the fried sattu litti with wheat flour dough and  rice flour dough. 
  • Ek pan ham garam karne ke liye rakh denge. 
  • Usme oil v dal dnge.
  • Ab jo dough tyar hai usme se ek small piece lenge ar sattu mixture dalne ke liye space rakhnge. 
  • Ek spoon sattu mixture add karke dough ko close karke thora sa rice flour add karenge. 
  • Ab oil garam hote he small pieces dough ka oil me dalnge ar fry hone tak pakate rahenge. 
  • Aise he sare dough ka small pieces lekar sattu fill karke fry karenge. 
  • Ab ise garam garam serve kare dhaniya chintey, achar ar diced onion ke sath. 
  • It is ready for the family of 5-6 members.  









Outer part crunchy and inner part is filled with sattu mixture which hits all the flavors to our taste.
