Soya chunks maggie is a fusion of soya and a maggie. A crunchiness taste in it, forms a new fusion in it.
Maggie is the first choice and everyone’s favourite snack. In a hurry and hungry the first thing comes in mind is to make Maggie. It’s not only easy to make but also satiate the hunger.
Fusing with Maggie and making a new variety is a real task and interesting.
Whenever I am free at my home, I always think of cooking a new dish. So many things runs in my mind that what type of new dish can be made. So I came with a new variety called “SOYA CHUNKS MAGGIE”. Suddenly one day it strike my mind to try soya with maggie. Basically, at that time I wanted some dish to made with maggie in which there should be some crunchy taste. So I decided to make this. And the way I wanted it to be, the same way it was made and I was really impressed by myself.
So let’s see the recipe to make this.
Ingredients:-
- Soya chunks:- one small bowl
- Maggie:- 2 packets (10ruppes each)
- Onion:- 2
- Capsicum:- 3
- Beans:- 2
- Salt
- Oil:- 5 tbs
- Green chilli:-2
How to prepare?
Firstly, soak the soya chunks in a hot water for 15 minutes. Wash the soya chunks and squeeze out all the water from the chunks.
Now, to prepare soya chunks maggie:-
- Keep the pan on the flame, let it be hot.
- Chop the onion, beans and capsicum,green chilli.
- After the pan is hot, add oil.
- Add soya chunks and fry it till it becomes golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger paste in it. Fry it till it dries nicely and mixes all with soya chunks.
- Now add all the chopped veggies, fry it for 3-4 min. Add little bit of salt.
- Now add water as per given in the maggie packet.
- Add maggie and then instant masala in it. Boil it till it dries.
- The soya chunks maggie is ready.
For garnishing:-
