Mujhe har week me 2-3 baar chilla khana pasand hai. Aksar mujhe south Indian style wala jyada pasand pasand ata hai. Aam taur par log aksar aate , chawal ki chilla banate hai. Sath he dal ki jaise moong dal, urad dal ki v chila banate hai. Jab v chilla banate hai to usme salt daal dete hai aur fir ready ho jata hai chilla.

Lekin, maine ek naya chilla bnaya. Usme shirf salt he nahi balki kuch aise ingredients bhi hai jo chila ko delicious banate hai aur sath he alag se kuch v chiz ki jarurt nahi except chutney.

Tomato chilla bnana kafi asan hai. Isko bnane ke liye hame chahiye tomatoes, sooji, wheat flour, rice flour aur kuch veggies :- onion, coriander leaves, green and red chilli. Sabse pehle tomato chilla bnane ke liye ham tomatoes ko boil hone ke liye rakh denge. Sath he green and red chillies bhi sath me boil hone denge.  Jab boil hojyega to sabko nikal kar tomatoes ke upar ka chilka nikal denge. Ab sabko grind karke ek pury ready karenge. Fir isme suji , rice flour, wheat flour daal kar mix karenge. Aur dhak kar 20 minute ke liye rakh denge. Onion, coriander leaves sab achese chop karke ready rakhenge. 20 minute baad batter me chopped ingredients daale , salt as per taste, black pepper powder , turmeric daale aur mix kare. Batter ready hai. Ab pan ko garam kare usme 1tea cup batter dal kar achese usko circular shape me failayen. Aur fir low flame kar de taki achese pak jaye. Upar me bhi thora sa oil lagaye aur 4-5 minute baad chilla ko fold kare. Tomato chilla ready hai ab usse ek plate me nikal le. Ab serve kare. 

Ye apke pan ke heat ke upar hai ki kitne time lgega. Pehle Mai pan ko garam karti hoon fir use low flame me karke tab batter dalkar chilla ready karti hoon. Ye apke upar hai. Aap chahe to capsicum bhi sath me add kar sakte hai aur chat masala bhi daal sakte hai. 

Ingredients required :- 

  • Tomato :- 2 
  • Onion :- 2 ( medium sized) 
  • Green chilli :- 1
  • Coriander leaves :- 1/4th cup
  • Suji :- 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour:- 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli :- 2 
  • Wheat flour:- 1/4th cup
  • Cumin seeds:- 1 tea spoon 
  • Salt :- as per taste 
  • Black pepper powder :- 1 tea spoon
Step wise tomato chilla recipe in hindi 
  • Ek pan me pani rakhe. Jab paani me boil aane lage to tomato ko bich se halka cut karke pani me daale. Fir usme red chilli aur green chilli dal kar dhak de. 
  • 10 -15 minute tak achese boil hone de. 
  • Jab achese boil ho jaye to nikal le. 
  • Aur tomato ke upar wale part ko hata de. 
  • Jar me tomato , red chilli, green chilli daale aur blend kare. 
  • Pury ready hogya.
  • Ab usme suji, wheat flour, rice flour daal kar mix kare achese aur dhak kar 15-20 minute ke liye rakh de. 
  • Uske bad usme chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves daale. 
  • Fir isme salt as per taste, black pepper, cumin seeds daale. 
  • Achese sabko mix kare. 
  • Ab ek pan ko garam kare fir low flame par karde. 
  • Ab one tea spoon oil daale. 
  • Aur fir batter ko thoda- thoda karke daale aur chilla ka shape me pan me daale. 
  • Jab base pakne lage to chilla ke upar wale me oil lagaye. Fir achese fold kare. 
  • Chilla ready hai.
  • Ab sambar aur chutney ke sath serve kare.

Aap chahe to tomato chilla ke sath same dosa bhi bana sakte hai. Tomato chilla me chopped ingredients nahi dalna hai. Bas salt dalenge aur alg se dosa fillings ready rakhenge. Pan me jab ham chilla ready karte hai to upar me oil dalne ke baad fillings ko daale aur fir chilla ko cover kare jaise dosa ko karte hai.
