INGREDIENTS:- 

  •  Safed beans.    :- 1 cup
  • Pyaj ka paste.   :- 1 table spoon 
  • Adrak paste      :- 1 table spoon
  • Tamatar paste  :- 1 table spoon
  • Jeera                   :- 1 tea spoon
  • Raii                     :- 1 tea spoon
  • Dhaniya powder :- 1 table spoon
  • Lal mirch powder :- 1 tea spoon
  • Amchur powder    :- 1/2 table spoon
  • Garam masala.       :- 1 table spoon
  • Jaitun tel                  :- 1 table spoon
  • Hari mirch               :- 3 ( barik kta hua)
  • Hara dhaniya          :- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Namak                      

Bnane ki vidhi:- 

Safed beans ko pani me 1-2 ghante ke liye rakh de. Uske bad pani nikal kr beans ko cooker me dale ar sath he saaf pani dalkar band krde. Ab madhyam anch me 3-4 siti lagne de taki achese pak jaye. Ab karahi ko garam kare , usme jaitun ka tel dale. Uske bad jeera ar rai dalne ke bad pyaj ka paste , adrak ka paste ar hari mirch dal de. Ar thora der tak fry kare. Ab isme namak , tmatar ka paste, lal mirch powder, garam masala, amchur powder, dhaniya powder sabko dalkr achese se madhyam anch pr fry kare. Tb tak bhune jab tak masala tel na chor de. Ab jab aisa hojye to ek cup pani dal de. Uske bad beans dal kr achese pakaye. Garma garam masala beans tyar. Isme ar v flavour lane ke liye mushroom add krskte hai. Ye alg look deta h ar sath he swad me ek naya roop dalta hai

Parosne se pehle iske upar hara dhaniya ar gol akar me kata hua pyaj dal de. Ab apne pasand anusar roti ya jeera pulao ke sath iska anand le. 


Sabse jaruri bat ye ki aap apne favourite garlic bread ke sath kha sakte hai. Garlic bread ke sath masala white beans kafi tasty ar majedar lgta hai. 


(Agar turnt bnana hai to garam pani me beans ko dal do ar 15-20 minutes tak dhak ke rakh do. Ar jab tk ye tyar hoga tb tak aap masala bna kr ready rakh skte ho.





*Jaruri nahi ki jaitun tel ka istemal kare. Ap koi v tel istemal kar skte hai ar sath he jaruri ni ki safed beans k istemal kare. Pasand ke hisab se koi v beans se bana sakte h. Jaise ki moong beans, rajma ya fir mix beans. Koi v ap apne pasand ka istemal kar skte hai. Koi alg sa ingredients ka jarurt ni hai , same ingredients me bs apne psnd k beans dal kr bna le. *
